Yoga Harmony Teacher Training Program:

Phil’s attention to the different needs, energies and personalities of his students really encouraged growth of mind, body, and spirit. Each class was informative and interesting. The class participation and conversations deepened my understanding.

Yoga Harmony has changed my life! I have met some of the most amazing people and discovered myself through each of them. When I began the program I was just a “being.” During the course of time, this “being” began to gain characteristics that were tucked away within. As the end was reached, I became complete. Complete in the sense that I learned compassion, courage, love, faith and wisdom. Now that my journey is over with the program, I am embarking on my own journey to teach others that life is beautiful and fulfilling. A journey never quite reaches the end because learning is a never-ending mission.

The teacher-training program not only gave me knowledge and insight into the true meaning of yoga, it also gave me an opportunity to grow as a human being. The books, materials, workshops, lectures and postural practice all provided me with the tools necessary to perform as a yoga teacher. It was a comprehensive and challenging program. I didn’t expect the inner growth, self-knowledge and tremendous human bond that occurred. Through the months of working alongside other people with common goals and ideas, I gained the strength to see my own personal potential and to find self-acceptance and a peaceful place to live within myself.

Yoga Harmony Classes & Private Sessions
  As an avid jogger for 20 years I chuckled at the idea of yoga and thought I would never get what I needed out of it. Now, after dedicating myself to a practice with Phil three times a week, I consider myself quite fortunate to have the opportunity to know him and to experience his amazing yoga and holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle. I began to experience agonizing pain in one of my feet as a result of my many years of jogging. Visits to several specialists made me realize that the jogging had caused a deterioration of cartilage in my toe. My practice with Phil has turned my life around completely. The pain in my toe has decreased to the point where I feel pain only occasionally. And, I have learned to recognize the pain as a signal to slow down and nurture myself. I’d strongly encourage anyone to try yoga if you are interested helping yourself to live a longer, happier, and more prosperous life.
